Telephone options
To help us manage patient requests more efficiently, all incoming calls are now answered by our Virtual Assistant.
Our Virtual Assistant can add your request directly into our clinical system, allowing it to be triaged by the appropriate team member. This means all calls can be answered immediately, eliminating the need to wait in a telephone queue.
If you are unable to use the Virtual Assistant, you can submit a patient triage request through Accurx, our online consultation system. This provides another convenient way to contact us without having to queue on the phone.
