Update on Our New Premises – Ore Clinic Now Open
We would like to update all our patients, particularly those in our rural communities, as we understand some people are unsure about what is currently happening with our surgery sites.
Since 1 December, we have been working from our new premises, and we are pleased to confirm that Ore Clinic is now fully open and operational. This is now our main surgery site, and all routine and evening clinics are being held here.

The new premises offer fully equipped, modern clinical rooms, providing improved space, comfort, and service capacity for our patients and staff. We also have on-site parking for patients and better public transport links than our previous sites.
We were delighted to officially open the building with an opening ceremony, where Dr Parker cut the ribbon. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported us during this important milestone.
As part of this transition:
- Beaconsfield Road Surgery has now closed permanently
- Services at Fairlight Road are temporarily suspended while we fully settle into Ore Clinic
- Harold Road Surgery remains open, with limited clinic appointments available
- The dispensary at Harold Road remains open as usual
Most appointments and all evening clinics are now being delivered from Ore Clinic, but Harold Road continues to support patients through its dispensary and limited clinical services.
