Important Notice: Car Park Use at our Ore Clinic site – MUST READ

Dear Patients,

We would like to remind all patients about the appropriate use of the car park at Ore Clinic.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras are now live, and parking wardens are in operation. We have recently seen an increase in inappropriate parking, which can cause access and safety issues for both patients and staff.

Please be aware that the following are not permitted:

  • Parking in On-Call Doctor or On-Call Paramedic spaces

  • Parking in the turning area, which must be kept clear at all times

  • Blocking other vehicles in

  • Parking on grass verges or cross-hatched markings

  • Parking in the car park without attending the surgery

Vehicle registration requirement

To help us manage parking correctly, all patients must enter their vehicle registration number on the tablet in the waiting room on arrival.

⚠️ This also applies to patients who are waiting in their cars — vehicle registrations must still be entered on the tablet.

Failure to follow these rules will result in parking enforcement action.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the car park safe and accessible for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
